Ardelique Limited Warranty

Ardelique provides the original purchaser with limited warranty coverage against defects in materials and workmanship from the original date of purchase.

Important notes

Coverage applies only to Ardelique products installed and used indoors in residential settings under normal conditions. The warranty is for the original consumer purchaser, is non-transferable, and proof of purchase may be required.

At Ardelique's discretion, a covered product, component, or finish may be repaired or replaced with the same or a reasonably comparable product or part.

This warranty does not cover shipping, labour, installation, removal, reinstallation, locksmith costs, improper installation, misuse, abuse, negligence, accidental damage, forced entry, vandalism, modifications, incompatible parts, normal wear and tear, scratches, dents, fading, tarnishing, cleaning damage, moisture, outdoor exposure, coastal or corrosive environments, extreme temperatures, batteries, consumables, commercial use, rental properties, institutional settings, or other non-residential applications.

Ardelique is not responsible for incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages. Replacement products or parts may vary in colour, finish, design, or specification and remain covered only for the balance of the original warranty period. Additional rights may apply under applicable consumer protection laws.

Include this information

  • Full name, email, and preferred follow-up method
  • Product details: Jasper Square Rose A9105 or Jasper Round Rose A9106, Matte Black or Satin Nickel, Privacy, Passage, or Dummy
  • Purchase date, seller or store name, and Order ID
  • Issue type and short description, such as finish concern, function concern, or missing part
  • Proof of purchase, if available
  • Clear photos or video showing the product and issue
